Do you take phone orders/online orders for Supreme?

No.  Supreme is strictly In-Store only.  No Exceptions.

 

International Customers please read:  All International customers will receive an email from us to verify their order.  Please be patient.  Your item(s) will NOT be shipped until confirmation is received.  Please use an active email address that you check frequently.  Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Why is Express Shipping the only available option for International customers?

Priority tends to take upwards of 3~4 weeks.  We want to ensure that you get your item in a timely manner (7~14 business days).  Depending on the country's CBP (Customs and Borders Protection), the package may take longer than expected.  Please keep that in mind when placing an order from us.


Can you please undervalue the item(s) and mark as 'Gift' on the Customs Declaration Form?

No.  Doing so may result in serious implications for both parties.

 

Does the billing address have to match the shipping address?

Yes.  No exceptions.

 

Are exchanges or returns accepted?

All sales are final.  Exchanges will be arranged if it is due to our negligence.
